The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing exclusive properties and connecting with potential buyers. This is a commission-based role with significant earning potential for the right individual.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and secure new clients interested in land development or commercial leasing opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and potential buyers.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support throughout the transaction process.
Property Management:
  • Manage a portfolio of exclusive properties, ensuring accurate and up-to-date listings.
  • Conduct property tours, and negotiations, and facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers.
  • Utilize market knowledge to provide clients with strategic advice and insights.
Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay informed about the latest market trends, property values, and development opportunities in the Toronto area.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to support client decision-making processes.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.
Training and Development:
  • Participate in our comprehensive training programs to stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Leverage provided leads and resources to expand your client base and close deals.
  • Collaborate with our experienced team to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Real Estate License in Ontario and in Good Standing
  • Proven experience in commercial real estate, particularly in land development or commercial leasing.
  • A strong network of contacts within the commercial real estate market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
