Job Description

We need an experienced cleaner with at least 20 years in commercial cleaning.Job Details:

  • Five cleaning sessions per week, each lasting 3.5 hours.
  • Tasks: Collect garbage and replace garbage bags, clean, wipe, dust, mop, 20 exam rooms with single sinks, 3 offices, reception/waiting area, furniture, floors, 4 glass doors, 1 small kitchen, and 4 single washrooms.
MUST BE PROFICIENT IN MOPPING FLOORS AND PROFESSIONALLY CLEANING 4 GLASS DOORS INSIDE OUT.Schedule:
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Mondays through Thursdays, between 6 PM and 11 PM, and either Saturday or Sunday between 6 AM and 6 PM.
Requirements:
  • 20+ years of commercial cleaning experience.
  • Own reliable transportation for commuting to Richmond Hill.
  • Reside within a 20-minute drive of Richmond Hill.
  • Provide two professional references and a brief work history. Police clearance may be required.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
What We Provide:
  • A respectful and professional work environment.
  • All necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, including a vacuum, dust mop, mop heads, mop handle, mop bucket, duster, microfiber cloths, squeegee, disinfectants, and spray bottles.
  • Equipment stays at the facility; no need to transport it.
Compensation:
  • Monthly pay: $1500.
  • Each session lasts 3:15 to 3:30 hours with one cleaner.
