Practicing agile creative and production development, as well as radical collaboration both internally and with their clients, they create work that matters, allowing their clients to outperform their competitors and earn the trust and loyalty of their customers.ROLEWe are looking for an Account Coordinator to support the team on one of our key Canadian accounts. This person is responsible for diligently supporting projects in terms of overall project coordination, timelines, resources and budgets. Furthermore, this individual will begin to develop client knowledge, relationships and trust, from project briefing to final delivery. While project management is a critical skillset, the Account Coordinator’s duties extend beyond that; they are also an important team member in terms of contributing to the overall success of project delivery, the account and the client’s business.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. This person is eager to learn about agency process, passionate about great creative, keen to contribute a point of view, and excited to learn about the client category, competitive activity, industry trends and best practices.RESPONSIBILITIESBuild relationships with all internal departments.Collaborate with internal teams to get tasks done.Start to form relationships with day-to-day clients.Build and update timelines and resource projects using project software Mavenlink.Support the account team in managing and executing projects.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in a related field with one year’s experience in an agency or a related setting.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.Eye for detail, sharp organizational skills, and ability to multitask across a variety of projects.Proud to be an equal opportunity employer, Sid Lee is committed to creating a diverse work environment.
