Job Description

To strengthen our teams, we are looking for an energetic SalesPerson who wants to grow our presence & business significantly.You will work in an international work environment and a context of long-term projects.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Seeking an energetic salesperson with sales experience who is interested in building a significant business.
  • Follow existing customers and develop our activities with them.
  • Prospect new company and opportunities.
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare quotations and carries-out commercial negotiation with both clients and suppliers.
  • Coordinate the communication between our customers and our different departments (Engineering, quality, customer service…).
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and assists in analysing and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Weekly travel involved to visit customers and prospects. Candidates must be willing to travel frequently.
  • Report frequently to the management about the sales results, target achievements and business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Significant experience in sales development.
  • Some technical knowledge is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • High energy level, self-motivated and able to work without day-to-day instruction.
  • Confident. Strong work ethic. Honesty. Solid organizational, project, and time management skills with attention to detail throughout the completion of tasks, follow-up is imperative.
  • Effective territory management skills. Internet research skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Some administrative reporting duties necessary.
  • Bachelors degree preferred, but not required if proven experience. Technical degree will be of benefit, but not required if proven technical sales experience.
  • A background with electrical/mechanical or printed circuit board fabrication knowledge is a plus, but not required
