Come be a part of the team.Job DescriptionAs part of the Executive Suites team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all our Toronto FC and Toronto Argos Executive Suite clients. You will be expected to live our vision and values through your leadership, passion and commitment, while enhancing client relationships and ensuring a premium experience for all our BMO Field Suiteholders.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as an account representative for all BMO Field Suiteholders
  • Build positive relationships with Suiteholders; provide exceptional service through regular written and verbal communication, and one-on-one meetings
  • Achieve annual touchpoint goals and customer engagement targets
  • Support annual Suites retention goals for Toronto FC and the Toronto Argos
  • Deliver benefits, amenities, and service that exceed Suiteholders expectations
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within book of business
  • Nurture positive relationships with all partners involved in the sales/service process (including Legal, Finance, Ticket Administration, Global Partnerships, etc.)
  • Greet and interact with Suiteholders on event nights to ensure service levels are exceptional
  • Maintain proper financial administration and balancing for all accounts
  • Lead special projects and perform other related duties as requested

  • 3+ years of full-time work experience in the hospitality or service industry developing sales and service relationships
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma
  • Knowledge of Suites industry is an asset
  • Ongoing awareness and responsiveness to client satisfaction with a demonstrated ability to build and develop professional relationships
  • Thrives in a fast-paced team environment while being detail-oriented
  • A proactive approach toward day-to-day activities and shifting demands, demonstrating a high level of initiative
  • Proven to perform well under pressure; manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to listen, understand and communicate effectively
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings
  • Proficient Salesforce User
  • Knowledge of Archtics / Ticketmaster an asset
