Equivalent ExperienceDescription:Key Responsibilities: • Prepare routine AR batch entries and posts cash receipts transactions to subledger • Process customer deductions and obtain relevant approvals and generate required debit / credit notes • Process accounts receivable chargebacks • Contact customers for payments and follow-up on issues. • Perform periodic reconciliations on Major customer accounts • Required to provide effective and timely issue resolution pertaining to invoices and credits and to follow up as required • In-depth knowledge and understanding of AR control accounts, ledger entries, etc. • Strong comprehension of the corporate environment and confidentiality • High degree of professionalism, ethics, and integrity • Sound judgement and good analytical skills, as well as excellent research skills • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environmentSkills:Accounts receivable, Excel, cash application, receivables, collection, accounting, invoicing, reconciliation, deduction, aging report, Visual, reporting, collections accounts receivable, chargebackTop Skills Details:Accounts receivable,Excel,cash application,receivablesAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE 1: 2+ years of previous AR Experience Ideally within CPG (Full Cycle) - Deductions (will come from CPG), Rebates, chargebacks - Cash Apps- open to folks with Cash Apps only if very strong - Reconciliations - Invoice resolution, Credit resolution **Open to Retail/MFG or similar MUST HAVE 2: Intermediate Excel Skills - Pivots, VLOOKUPs, Formulas MUST HAVE 3: Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related NICE TO HAVES: - Microsoft Navision - Visual***** - Familiar with SOX compliance Ideally issue an Excel test- 70% or better (Intermediate)Experience Level:Entry LevelÀ propos dAston Carter:Veuillez noter : Des fraudeurs essaient de se faire passer pour des employés dAston Carter.
