As per Minto policy, please note that this position is located at a Minto site where proof of full Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.In this role, you will:
  • Organizes and coordinates schedules and logistics through calendars, meetings, emails, telephones;
  • Coordinates travel plans (if required);
  • Tracks department timesheets;
  • Prepares reports and monitors vacation, absenteeism reports and sick activities for the department;
  • Responds to internal requests i.e. IT requests, ordering office supplies;
  • Coordinate the processing of expenses claims for VP’s;
  • Prepares and distributes internal and external correspondence including email and faxes;
  • Organizes electronic and hard copy files;
  • Provides, tracks and updates various weekly reports;
  • Supervises and mentors junior Administrative staff when required;
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management
Who were looking for:
  • High School Diploma is required, College diploma is an asset.
  • Minimum one to three (1-3 years) of relevant office experience.
  • Computer skills ( Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent listening oral and written communication skills

  • Professionalism (ability to exercise tact, good manners, discretion, confidentiality, maturity)
