At Mani Wonders Inc., we believe in making products that bring simplicity and inspiration to your everyday life.We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Intern to join our Toronto team. The incumbent thrives in championing brands, building relationships, creating positive experiences and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office.Responsibilities:Maintain positive and professional staff and client relationships; welcome and greet clients and office guestsSupport office staff and executives with general operational tasks; perform data collection and data entry dutiesPlan and schedule meetings, presentations, and other office related events; send reminders regarding upcoming appointmentsAnswer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messagesArrange social, corporate and team building eventsSchedule travel arrangementsManage communication of information in and out of the office; type out correspondence letters, emails, memos, etc. (paper and electronic); prepare outgoing mail and packages for executivesAssist in preparation of presentation materialsHigh level of discretion required in dealing with confidential mattersTypical of any start-up, the ability to navigate ambiguity and mitigate it with creativity is crucial.
