Job Description

TalentWorld is recruiting an Administrative Coordinator in Toronto for one of our clients.Our client, one of the largest regulatory bodies for Accountants in Ontario is looking to add to their Registrar department. As an Administrative Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative support required to apply the bylaws, regulations, polices for and procedures for their members in an environment that fosters excellence in customer service!Want to get your foot in the door with a company that has amazing opportunities for growth Here is your chance!Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and support annual regulatory processes (i.e., collection of membership dues etc.,)
  • Review lists of members who have not met their annual obligations
  • Draft internal and external communications, including manual forms, decision letters and website content
  • Prepare files for the Membership Manager to review, and provide sign-off recommendation for approval/denial on behalf of the Registrar
  • Review all membership related documentation, applications, and processes
  • Respond to membership inquires and escalated member calls from Customer Service Centre and other departments
Administrative Coordinator Qualifications:
  • Post-Secondary education in business and/or other related discipline
  • Prior administrative and customer service experience required
  • Experience in a rules & standards, membership or customer-oriented environment considered an asset
  • Excellent organization and time management skills w
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written)
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of regulatory environment
  • Prior experience with complex bylaws, policies, and procedures
  • Prior experience and demonstrated knowledge with salesforce, CMR or another membership management database system
Employment Conditions:
  • Employment type: 6 Month Contract
  • Shift Hours: Monday to Friday
  • Location: Downtown Toronto
  • Schedule: Hybrid (Flexible days)
  • Pay: $23 per hour
  • Start Time: ASAP
