Please Note – this is a 12-month contract role.What is the opportunityIn this 12-month contract role, the Administrative Coordinator is a key member of the global Corporate Communications team. You will provide administrative support to Corporate Communications and the Senior Management Team (SMT) to enable the efficient and seamless operation of the global department. In this role you will assist with the execution of internal meetings and conferences, facilitate the efficient sharing of information across the department, help coordinate technology support services, prepare expense claims and support department employee engagement activities.What will you doLead logistical organization of internal meetings which includes calendar management, technology support and material preparationFacilitate the efficient sharing of information across the department, including maintaining Sharepoint sitesSupport department employee engagement activities and learning and development sessionsHelp coordinate technology support services for the departmentPrepare expense claims ensuring accuracy and adherence to enterprise policiesSupport HR-related activities and reporting, including vacation schedulesAssist with other departmental reports including event surveys results and team dashboardsWork in close coordination with BMCC administrators on cross team initiativesWhat do you need to succeedMust-have3+ years of experience in office/administrative supportStrong communication skills, both written and oralHigh level of computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database management and the Internet)Highly organized and strong attention to detail; able to prioritize multiple requestsEnjoys working in a fast-paced environment; team player and adaptableExceptional judgement and discretionNice-to-havePrevious administrative/coordination experienceExperience with videoconferencing applications such as WebEx and WebEx teamsDatabase managementWhat’s in it for youWe thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
