Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Aerospace Engineer to join our engineering and R amp;D team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving aircraft, spacecraft, satellites, or aerospace systems. You will work on projects that push the boundaries of science and engineering, ensuring safety, performance, and compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Designamp; Development

  • Design aerospace components and systems, including airframes, propulsion systems, flight controls, and avionics.
  • Use CAD, simulation, and modeling tools to develop prototypes and validate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate systems into aerospace platforms.
Analysisamp; Testing
  • Perform structural, thermal, and aerodynamic analyses using tools such as ANSYS, MATLAB, or SolidWorks.
  • Develop and conduct ground and flight tests, analyze results, and iterate designs based on performance data.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards (FAA, EASA, MIL-STD, NASA).
Project Coordination
  • Support the full product development lifecyclefrom concept and prototyping to production and certification.
  • Document designs, test procedures, and results; prepare technical reports and presentations.
  • Liaise with manufacturing teams, suppliers, and quality assurance to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
Innovationamp; Research
  • Stay up to date with new aerospace technologies, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
  • Contribute to research projects aimed at improving fuel efficiency, reducing emissions, and enhancing safety and reliability.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 25+ years of experience in aerospace engineering, aerospace systems development, or a similar domain.
  • Strong understanding of aerodynamics, propulsion, flight mechanics, structures, and materials science.
  • Proficiency in CAD and simulation tools (e.g., CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, ANSYS, CFD software).
  • Familiarity with aerospace industry regulations and certification standards (e.g., DO-178C, AS9100, FAR/Part 25).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience with space systems, UAVs/drones, or defense/aerospace contractors.
  • Hands-on experience with wind tunnel testing, avionics integration, or embedded systems.
  • Knowledge of programming (Python, C++) or control systems modeling (MATLAB/Simulink).
  • Security clearance or eligibility to work on defense projects (if applicable).
