We’re looking for an AI Product Manager (aka The AI Visionary) to lead the development and execution of AI-powered products that transform industries.As an AI Product Manager at our client, you’ll work at the intersection of AI technology and product development, collaborating closely with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to bring AI-based products from concept to market. Your role will involve crafting the product vision, defining requirements, and ensuring that AI solutions meet user needs and align with the company’s strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:

1. Define Product Vision and Strategy:

• Develop and articulate the product vision for AI-driven solutions, aligning it with business objectives and market opportunities. You’ll own the product roadmap, ensuring that AI features and capabilities deliver high value to customers.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams. You’ll guide teams to deliver AI solutions that are practical, scalable, and impactful.

AI Product Lifecycle Management:

• Lead the full lifecycle of AI product development, from ideation and concept validation to launch and iteration. You’ll define key performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure that the product meets business and customer goals at every stage of its lifecycle.

Translate AI Capabilities into User Benefits:

• Bridge the gap between complex AI technologies and end-user needs by translating technical capabilities into clear product benefits. You’ll work to ensure that the AI models, algorithms, and solutions deliver meaningful results for users.

Market Research and User Feedback:

• Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify unmet needs and opportunities for AI-powered innovation. You’ll ensure that the product roadmap is informed by data-driven insights, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.

Oversee Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategies:

• Work with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to plan and execute successful product launches. You’ll craft go-to-market strategies, create compelling messaging around AI-driven features, and ensure alignment with customer expectations.

Monitor and Optimize Product Performance:

• Continuously monitor product performance, gathering data to understand how users interact with AI features. You’ll use this data to identify areas for improvement and ensure that products are delivering on their promises, optimizing them based on real-world feedback.

RequirementsRequired Skills:

• AI and Machine Learning Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics. You can translate complex AI concepts into actionable product strategies.
• Product Management Expertise: Proven experience in product management, with a track record of taking AI or data-driven products from concept to launch. You’re skilled at creating product roadmaps, defining requirements, and managing cross-functional teams.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage data and user feedback to inform product development decisions. You’re comfortable using data to define product KPIs and to optimize product performance post-launch.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. You’re skilled at balancing priorities and managing expectations across different functions.
• Market Research and Customer Focus: Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user testing to drive product innovation. You have a user-centered approach and prioritize features that meet customer needs and add value.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience in AI product management or related disciplines is also highly valued.
• Certifications or additional coursework in AI, machine learning, or product management are a plus.

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, with hands-on experience managing AI or machine learning products.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and successfully launching AI-powered products in production environments.
• Experience working with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is highly desirable.
