For more information, visit https://www.mufg.jp/englishAnalyst - Business Performance ManagementJob Summary:The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that FLOD Financial Crime related regulatory obligations are met with a focus on Business Performance management, AML/KYC/QA programs. The Analyst will act as an SME for FLOD for the development, implementation and maintenance of operating manual, procedures, and reports across functions with an emphasis on Global Corporate Investment Banking clients.Primary Accountabilities:

• Support GCIB’s KYC/Onboarding reporting, tracking and monitoring processes
• Prepare and maintain relevant onboarding applications, reports, procedures, and operating manuals
• Maintain, track and act as subject matter expert on platforms, subscriptions, SLAs specific to the BPM teams and other Business Units

Risk & Control:

• Support risk and control responsibilities related to FLOD Financial Crime reporting and operational requirements
• Work with FLOD and SLOD, and closely monitor the KYC due dates in order to comply with reporting obligations
• Develop productive relationships with Compliance, Audit, Testing, and Global Financial Crimes to ensure ongoing compliance with changing regulations and requirements
• Stakeholder Management:
• Develop a strong and productive working relationship with FLOD and SLOD
• Apply knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements focusing on Corporate Banking, and be able to relate them to policies and procedures

Perform other duties as required and assignedTechnical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• General IT/systems knowledge.
• Analytical approach to performing complex and varied tasks
• Influential communications skills (verbal and written), Critical thinking skills, Business process/ analysis skills, and Documentation skills

Experience Required:

• 3+ years in AML/KYC related industries
• Solid understanding of financial instruments, especially financial products for corporate banking
• Strong financial and risk analysis skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment/ multitasking/ independently

Education Required:

• Undergraduate University Degree in Finance and/or related industries
• CAMS designation considered an asset

Work Environment:

• Office/WFH - Split
