This role will help develop, train and enforce customer master data governance standards and operating policies. It will monitor and review all customer master inputs to ensure the highest possible levels of data accuracy across all points of access and maintenance. Please note this is a work from home opportunity based out of Ontario.Responsibilities

  • Process stewardship for the Customer master data domain
  • Processing customer creations in CONA
  • Processing customer data changes in CONA
  • Processing customer data mass updates in CONA
  • ISS Customer rejection management
  • Proactive data sharing routines with national customers
  • Review and archiving of related forms and documents per defined standards
  • Annual “Big Bet” and ad hoc project support
  • Resolution of identified data quality issues; generation of insights for proactive prevention
  • Provide input to the development of data standards and governance rules
  • Support process development and refinement
  • Participate in internal team and external stakeholder routines
  • Support and training for related tools and apps
  • Provide SME expertise and issue resolution support
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of work experience in an analytical, finance, or operational field
  • Exceptional attention to detail and process driven
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills (including large amounts of data) and synthesis of conclusions
  • Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Collaborate with others in order to achieve the best results and deliver the most value
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (explaining reports, analysis and insights to business partners)
  • Work well under pressure in a dynamic, deadline driven and fast-paced environment
  • Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to set and work to a deadline
  • Must be able to work within a team environment
