Job Description

Analyst, Import/ExportGlobal import-export in the world of ground-breaking technology is a complicated business. It takes real attention to detail to comply with all U.S. and regional import and export regulations. Our Import/Export team within Global Fulfillment, Logistics, and Trade organization provides trade compliance support for end-to-end order management and delivery processes. We’re experts in what we do, from assessing global trade risk and providing mitigation strategies, to delivering strategic and tactical support in developing international supply chains, to implementing strategies to reduce import expenses and auditing all documentation.Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as an Analyst on our Import/Export team in Canada.What you’ll achieveAs an Analyst, you will be responsible for managing day to day activities and inquiries. You will work with our Global Logistics, Fulfillment, and Trade teams, and all the teams internally and externally that we interface with on operations, projects, and meeting regulatory and compliance standards.You will:

  • Manage the daily inquiries and questions from internal and external customers and partners to support the Canada Imports and Exports
  • Assist with Trade data analytics, IT and operational projects, and special assignments
  • Support programs as needed like Customs Self Assessment, Partners In Protection, Duty Drawback, and supporting our Canada Customs Brokers with making entry
  • Perform analysis issues and errors with Canada Brokers and IT to get to the root cause
  • Execute and present various reports and ensure compliance

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience with import/export, supply chain, or related field
  • Knowledge of Canada Trade laws and regulations
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications, specifically Excel, Access, and Power BI
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Data analytical and critical thinking skills
Desirable Requirements
  • Project management experience
  • Robotic Process Automation or other automation
