  • Provide technical and business support for users of Applications
  • Providing quick resolutions to app issues, driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness improvements to help us and the business succeed
  • Act as a liaison between users/traders, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors
  • Maintain application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm
  • Manage, maintain and support applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality and functionality against service level expectations
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience developing & supporting Enterprise Applications
  • Strong OOP foundation with expertise in Angular 2+, Core Java, Java Spring Boot and some exposure to Oracle, MS SQL, Mongo DB
  • Experience in configuring, debugging or supporting business applications
  • Possess advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes, especially in prioritization
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with a knack for taking technical language and making it understandable
  • Passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions
  • Able to work well under pressure and changing priorities
