Provide service-oriented support as well as incident management.Run the Operational Acceptance Testing of applications on pre-production environments, in compliance with expected service commitments.Secure applications deployment in Production, by repeating it on the pre-production environments beforehand, by defining the Implementation Plan, and organizing the associated logistic.Optimize service quality and cost, to respect the Service Levels Agreements negotiated with the clients.Contribute to the provisioning, with an industrial method, of the environments required for both build and Run phases.Contribute to maintaining User Acceptance Tests (UAT) environments in Operational Conditions.Help to ensure the coordination of the approval, industrialization, and deployment of applications to facilitate the transition from Project to Production state.Technical Skills:3+ years of experience in applications or System administrator rolesGood technical knowledge of WEB technologies: Java (Servlet, JSP), PHP, Tomcat, Apache, IIS, SSL, Service manager (Zookeeper), Cache manager (Hazelcast), Content Management System (Symphony, Drupal), Automated Deployment (Puppet, Saltstack, Openstack), CI/CD (Nexus, GitLab, Kubernetes)Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)System: Linux RHEL, CentOS, Unix AIXDatabases: SQL language, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDBProgramming languages: Shell, Python, PerlKnowledge of Acceptance Processes and Testing ToolsKnowledge of ITIL Processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Working Orders Management) and ISO27001 security certification.Good technical knowledge of Transversal Tools such as Business Objects XI (SAP), ETL (Informatica), and Scheduling (CONTROL M)Successful experience in deploying/operating applications in a public cloud (AWS, AZURE, GOOGLE CLOUD)Ideally, AWS certified sysops administratorSuccessful experience in working in an international context, on cutting-edge technologiesFluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).Why usBe part of an international, multicultural environment of 7,750 talented people over 60 countries and 5 continentsJoin a fast-growing global group with a turnover of €565M and over 1,000 clients across the worldExplore opportunities to grow quickly with a tailor-made career path: 70% of our key senior talent joined the company at entry levelTake advantage of over 500 training courses in our ACADEMY catalogue, which includes programs in interpersonal communication, team management, project management, etc.Get the opportunity to support nonprofit organizations thanks to our Foundation initiatives and volunteering platform OneSmallStepDepending on your performance and eligibility criteria, you can benefit from international mobility opportunities and progress your career worldwide, and/or experience other departments and sectorsUnlock your full potential, both professionally and personally.
