Job Description

Since 1991, Aareas has been providing builders and developers Digital Sales and Marketing solutions for the best Customer home buying sales experience.Our solutions range from, Virtual Reality, Virtual Staging, Virtual Design Center, Mobile & Tablet Apps, Home Builder Websites, POS, CRM, Sales & Inventory, Interactive Touchscreens, Renderings, Architectural AnimationApply nowRole and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an individual with an eye for Architectural Visualization and a passion for technology. Your duties would include creating 3D models from CAD drawings for designing virtual environments from condominiums to residential homes.We are looking for experience with the following tools and technologies:

  • Autodesk AutoCAD
  • Autodesk Revit
  • Autodesk 3ds max.
  • Adobe Photoshop
The ideal candidate will have used, but not limited to, the above tools and other technologies in an animation environment (camera paths, manipulating textures, etc.)Experience and SkillsThe successful candidate will have a majority of the following experience and skills:
    • Post-secondary education at a college or university;
    • Highly motivated and willing to take initiative;
    • Strong communication skills including verbal, written and listening;
    • Excellent artistic background;
    • Ability to work within tight time deadlines to complete a project;
    • Detail-oriented;
    • Excellent organizational skills; and
    • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
