Job DescriptionPublicis Toronto is seeking an Associate Director, Digital CRM Strategist:We are an agency filled with people that are Committed, Creative, Curious and Collaborative!We are seeking an Associate Director, CRM Strategy: someone who is both creative and analytical, with a passion passion for digital media, marketing, telecommunications and CRM. You should understand the business needs of our clients and their customers, the creative ways we tell their stories, and how to connect it all via smart and innovative digital thinking. You should be equally comfortable building a plan and presentation, as you would be dissecting metrics and defining benchmarks. And you should feel at ease with clients, creatives, account people, producers, developers, technical leads, and everyone in between.We want someone who is inspired when presented with a challenge, and confident in sharing their ideas and opinions.   • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of digital engagement strategies, with a concentration on retentionamp; growth programs for our client across channels.
  • Design marketing experiments to test a multitude of elements (messaging, content, promotions, etc) that optimizes for targeted conversion and purchasing behaviors, documentingamp; presenting learnings to influence future campaigns in all areas of marketing.
  • Collaborate with data science, market researchamp; marketing analytics teams to understand customer segmentation / behavioramp; identify consumer insights that can be leveraged in lifecycle marketing
  • Develop strategic frameworks and provide ongoing leadership across internal and external marketing, analytics, and technology partners
  • Work with our deployment and operations partners to build and launch complex automated campaigns using internal and external tools
  • Driveamp; advocate for strategies that align to the goals of the client
  • Identify and manage customer targeting and segmentation strategies to maintain, optimize and increase performance
  • Become the expert in the client’s customer, and continuously advocate for their ever-evolving needs
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support the entire marketing mix across both paidamp; owned media vehicles, including omni-channel customer journeys
  • Partner with the technology team to guide capability updates and enhancements
  • Develop a strong partnership with key client stakeholders
  • Become familiar with -- and support -- client’s company culture, policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards
  • Speak and present confidently to clients about strategic recommendations, and share knowledge with clients and colleagues to help define agency best practices
  • Stay ahead of all emerging media, technology, and platforms in the digital and e-commerce space to ensure we are leveraging new tactics and ideas in the optimal manner
