Picture yourself working with a highly motivated, highly successful team with a proven sales record in IBM’s top technologies.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesLead technical sales discussions with clients from executive to C-level, including a proven ability to define and shape winning Hybrid Cloud solutions for clientsBecome a trusted advisor to our clients and help them connect their business strategies to their cloud strategies, and understand best practices around multi-cloud and container platform solutions.Understand our client’s strategic needs, short and long-term business objectives and then articulate and formulate proposals and statements of work which are alignedAssist in defining the Hybrid Cloud practice portfolio of offerings and continually seek opportunities to develop businessEstablish client value propositions that tie key strategic, financial, and operational metrics directly to near and long-term business improvementContribute to external eminence of IBM and the Hybrid Cloud Practice through conferences and seminarsDrive professional development of all Hybrid Cloud team membersYou strongly value diversity and different opinions. You are always looking to learn something new and know about the latest technical trends.Join us to learn new technologies and expand your core base of expertise.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseDeep consulting and leadership experience, including a proven ability to define and shape winning application migration & modernization solutions for customers via;Cloud Affinity and Adoption Roadmap / Application Portfolio Assessment (APA)Target Platform & Operating Model definition and implementationCloud Center of Excellence design & Migration Factory definition and implementationValue stream mapping and complex change managementDevSecOps design and implementationMulti-Cloud management/AIOps platforms like Azure Arc, Google Anthos, IBM Satellite, Outpost, Vmware TANZU etcContainer orchestration platforms like Openshift, AKS, EKS, GKE, IKS etc.Cost Management, Cloud Security in Multi-Cloud EnvironmentStrong problem-solving skills, the ability to overcome day-to-day issues in pursuit of the end goalCertified in Red Hat, AWS, IBM Cloud, Azure or GCPFirst-class communication skills – an ability to engage persuasively with senior stakeholders both inside IBM and with clientsThe ability and confidence to work independently and lead othersPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseExperience leading solutions on proposals and responses for new business, as well as complex transformation programmes.
