Job Description

Our client is helping accounting firms who work with clients and have complex corporate hats accross the world. They aim to make bookkeeping and treasury visibility become a seamless sprint for mid-size companies. They #39;re not your regular Quickbooks or Netsuite, they help mid-size companies get a true edge. A few lines:

  • More than $8M raised
  • Partnering with one of the giants in the crypto space
  • Accounted more than $100B in transaction in one year
In a few lines:
  • Developping a financial ledger from scratch alongside reconciliation systems and contributing to the development of a payments platform
  • Resolving complex and large datasets of transaction issues
  • Building reports that will increase the decision-making of their clients in no time
  • Designing and developing scalable backend systems to power an innovative fintech platform
  • Optimizing database performance and ensuring data integrity for critical financial operations
With The Right Skillset
  • 5+ years of experience in backend development
  • Experience building Tech for Accounting firms
  • Experience developping large real-time transactional platforms in a B2B context
  • Experience handling large data sets and refining their presentation for financial institutions
  • Experience in database creation and management
  • Experience building IaCand and large ETL pipelines/ complex worflows
With The Right Profile
  • A passion for solving complex problems and building scalable systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience working at a FinTech companies or building accounting systems
  • Enjoy in-office collaboration that comes from working with other engineers.
You may work with:
  • Typescript: (frontend + backend) NestJS for the backend, vanilla React frontend
  • Infra: GCP, Docker, Pulumi for IaC, Postgres with K8s, GitHub + actions for CI/CD
