• Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Act with integrity, honesty, and be the expert in our product line up. You would promote the culture, values and mission of Gong Cha.
• Remain composed, accurate and efficient especially in periods of high volume or unforeseeable events to keep store operating to standard and to set apositive example for the team.
• Anticipates customer and store needs by being alert of your work environment and surroundings.
• Maintain effective communication with your manager and team members.
• Collaborate with your team and assist with bringing new recruits up to standard, provide peer coaching as appropriate.
• Provide constructive feedback and make suggestions to your manager with ways to raise team morale, performance, and efficiency.
• Deliver superb customer service to each customer by adhering to the Gong Cha Experience standards.
• Ensure the health and safety for our staff and customers, by follow Gong Chas operational policies, procedures and protocols, regarding:

• Food/beverages handling
• Cash handling
• Workplace environment
• Tools and utensils
• Uniform and personal hygiene
• Inventory and supplies storage
• Emergencies
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Provides quality beverages consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards

• Physical Requirements
• Constant standing/walking
• Occasional stooping, kneeling or crawling
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 40 lbs.
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps
• Constant computer/POS Register and bar equipment usage
• Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine
• Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around bar area
• Constant receiving detailed information through oral communication
• Constant talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word
• Occasional distinguishing, with a degree of accuracy the intensity/quality of flavors/scents
• Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, CasualPart-time hours: 25 per weekSalary: $15.55-$16.50 per hourSchedule:

• Day shift
• Every Weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
