Smoking is prohibited on all The Boulevard Club property and premises, inside and outside of the building, including the grounds and the parking lot area.Job OverviewReporting to the Banquet/Catering Manager, this person will be responsible for delivering excellent professional food and beverage service to functions under catering and banquet areas.Specific duties would include, but are not limited to:
  • Responsible for preparing and coordinating food and beverage services for member/clients’ functions.
  • Help to service/maintain of all aspects of banquet operations in accordance with the Club’s standards, procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain continuous surveillance of the bar storage, beverage stations and portable bars.
  • Promote teamwork by assisting fellow workers.
Job Qualifications
  • Some previous similar work experience and cocktail knowledge, preferably in hospitality industry
  • Commitment to support and enforce service excellence
  • Energetic individual with good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills (speak, read and write)
  • Flexibility to work weekend, holiday, late night and over time
