Come be a part of the team.Job DescriptionAs a valuable member of the Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for the delivery of championship customer service to fans during various events at our venues.

  • Deliver responsible and friendly beverage service to fan.
  • Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles.
  • Ensure AGCO and MLSE policies & regulations are followed.
  • Provide friendly and informed response to inquiries.
  • Monitor and accurately control inventory.
  • Act as an ambassador to MLSE and our community.
  • Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety.
  • Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
  • Perform other administrative or service functions as the need arises
Note: Beer Vendors meet the fan where they are, providing a mobile opportunity to purchase beverages during games and events, whereas a Kiosk Server is stationed at a kiosk during their shift.QualificationsNote: Before reviewing the qualifications listed below, we want you to know that we understand you may not meet all the qualifications described and have other relevant expertise and experience.   • Must have a valid Smart Serve certification
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as the need arises
  • Previous experience in high volume beverage service an asset
  • Willing and able to serve alcohol responsibly
  • You will be required to handle and serve alcohol
  • Comfortable refusing service to fans if necessary
  • Must be able to bend, crouch and have the ability to lift/carry 35lbs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to pay close attention to detail & calculate order totals manually
  • Passionate and committed to providing exceptional customer service
