Job DescriptionThe BeyondTrust Consultants at Herjavec Group are the technical experts for the technology stack we deploy, often being recognized in the industry an expert in IAM and the associated technology.They are responsible for designing and leading the technical deployments of PAM solutions at Herjavec Group. They often work as technical leads on customer projects and programs, advising on best practice for implementation and technical excellence.The Consultant will lead on their project or program. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to share their expertise with customers acting as a trusted advisor for topics within the IAM and PAM domain. They need to have extensive hands on experience in deploying large complex BeyondTrust or PAM projects. As such, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must as well as the ability to work across multiple accounts and projects at the same time.Responsibilities

• Be the Domain expert in Privileged Access Management and also BeyondTrust product
• Experience with one or more of BeyondTrust’s Solutions - BeyondTrust Password Safe, BeyondInsight, Privilege Management Unix/Linux, Privilege Remote Access, Remote Support & Privilege Management for Windows and Mac
• Implement a best-fit solution to meet the customer’s business goals by gaining an understanding of customer’s networking environment, and information and security systems.
• Generate technical documentation for customer deployments and internal documentation to expand the solution practice.
• Lead strategic PAM Assessments and Workshops using the Herjavec Strategic Workshop framework
• Provide guidance on practices and trends in privileged access management
• Establish new standard approaches and practices for deploying PAM solutions and securing privileged accounts
• Develop and maintain positive and productive customer relationships
• Receive and appropriately resolve and communicate customer issues and escalations
• Provide support in pre-sales activities including client presentations, product demonstration, leading the response to RFP’s, estimating and scoping proposals
• Provide subject matter expertise in designing, growing and enhancing Herjavec Group’s PAM Services

Required

• Minimum of four years of experience delivering technology security solutions for large scale organisations.
• Minimum of three years of experience with BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management Solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user permissions is a must.
• Experience with the creation, development, and review of technical documentation if required.
• Experience with RESTAPI scripting, PowerShell, python or bash is a plus.
• Experience in troubleshooting Network, Windows and Unix-based Operating Systems issues.
• Knowledge of Database and Windows Certificate Authority would be a plus.
• Knowledge of Cloud suites such as Azure, AWS and GCP is good to have.
• Excellent communication skills – able to clearly communicate complex technical details with the customers.
• BeyondTrust Implementation Engineer certification in one or all would be a plus.
• Proven hands-on on BeyondTrust PAM solution services including deployment, installation, configuration, and product training for clients.
• Readiness to travel up to 40% annually
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
