Job Description

Myticas Consultings direct client is looking for a Senior and Intermediate Fulltime Microsoft implementation and training specialists to assist the business in the implementation and training of technology systems, software, hardware, or solutions.Roles Responsibilities

  • Define and execute on delivery and implementation plans
  • Create testing plans and conduct testing for various business cases
  • Troubleshoot development Issues and provide feedback to development team
  • Formulates training outlines and determines instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
  • Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
  • Delivers group and individual instruction and training covering a range of technical, operational, and/or management areas as relates to the implementation
  • Ensures the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones
Requirements
  • Proven experience working as an Implementation Training Specialist.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems is preferred, including Navision and Business Central
  • Teaching and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology.
  • Skill in preparing instructional aids and plans.
  • Sound technical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to multitask effectively.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
Working Conditions:
  • Hybrid work as an option with in-office work based out of the corporate office located in Vaughan.
  • Travel to local branches (Canada wide) when necessary
