Charlottetown Blvd Childcare Centre is a not for profit corporation in search of a part time bookkeeper( 1 day a week) with experience in QuickBooks.Job description:· Maintain financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices and principles· Maintain accounts payable and prepare cheques for payment invoices· Maintain Accounts Receivable including billing and payments for monthly fees, school breaks trips, etc and issue customer statements as required and annual receipts for fees paid· Maintain employee online payroll records, prepare T4’s and ROE’s prepare employee RRSP remittances· Reconcile bank accounts and other accounts as required· Prepare monthly and annual balance sheets and income statements· Assist treasure with annual budget preparation and provide financial information as requested· Provide information required for the annual external audit· Prepare and file government reports, including annual Charity return, EHT Return, HST Return, T4’s, Corporations Information Act return· Prepare and file government funding applications (PWE/ CWELCC), disbursements and reconciliationsSalary: $40.00-$50.00 per hourSchedule:
