Be a part of our family.Reporting to the Director, this individual will support the US Retail Appetizer business in delivering on key business objectives. Specifically, the Brand Manager will be a core contributor in development of a branded retail growth strategy/execution and be the marketing lead on the existing Private Label business. This individual will be a key driver in building and shaping the future vision of the US retail apps business as well as current core business management. They will be passionate about being the voice of the consumer, basing decision in consumer insights and business data. They will be passionate about strategy and ensuring that McCain is doing what is right for the customer, company and consumer. They will also be skilled at project, cross-functional and agency team management/motivation, working towards creative solutions across the business (communications, product launches, base business mgmt, etc).They will act as a strategic partner with sales, innovation, customer marketing and our agency partners to execute new consumer advertising, product launches, packaging design, private label bids and more. Furthermore, this individual will work closely with the Director to help shape the future strategic vision for the US retail appetizer business through detailed business reviews and financial feasibility exercises.This role is responsible for:
