  • Interact with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify goals, best practices, and other active methods for gathering and analyzing their data to identify process performance areas
  • Identify and establish the scope and parameters of requirements analysis to define impact, outcome criteria, and metrics
  • Prepare storytelling narratives in activities such as developing a business case, building requirements, writing user stories and use cases.
  • Assist with the implementation of revised company processes and workflows.
  • Assist in the design and/or update of workflow and process strategies to improve business performance and monitor the efficacy of the new and updated workflows
  • Assist with creating and presenting process reports for client approval, while overseeing the implementation of revised Bank processes and workflows
  • Assist with the development of test plans and scripts
  • Other related activities and deliverables, as required
Required Skills
  • University degree or college diploma in business administration or a related field
  • Demonstrated analytical experience with Microsofts suite of tools including o Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Proficient in the use of Atlassian Jira
  • Proficient in the use of ServiceNow ITSM modules and reporting
  • Agile and innovative individual, who can thrive in an environment of change and ambiguity
  • Demonstrated client-facing expertise and proven analytical background
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, self-prioritizing, switching between multiple tasks as required, to deliver high-priority items quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of an organization, along with the ability to write user guides, manuals, and technical knowledge articles
Additional Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to organize effectively
  • International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation
  • Demonstrated experience with Value Stream mapping
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Design Thinking process
