This role will work in partnership with a team of solutions consultants, product specialists, and subject matter experts.The successful candidate will be an attentive, detail-oriented person who can deftly and expertly navigate through ambiguity and verbosity to be able to draw out required information and pivot towards clarity and concise accuracy as required by MarTech.The successful candidate will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders across various lines of business to help MarTech team members to elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements that meet stated business objectives, KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), and OKR’s (Objectives and Key Results).The role is accountable to the Director Marketing Technology and/or Senior Director of Marketing Technology.What will you do

  • Build and prepare guides, presentation material, and maintain and ecosystem of documentation for new and existing system capabilities
  • Ensure consistency in documentation across MarTech initiatives
  • Prepare presentations to business partners to facilitate decision making, scope confirmation and acceptance of user stories
  • Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to determine potential improvements to upcoming and existing solutions
  • Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners using a variety of techniques to promote collaboration.
  • Help perform a gap analysis between current and future states; assess and recommend highest value-added solution options
  • Help prepare business cases for proof of concepts, data integrations, queries, automations, journeys, and reports when required.
  • Work and collaborate with various teams (internal and external) working on incoming requests to MarTech
  • Identify process improvements, analyze business situations, identify options for business improvement, and communicate recommendations effectively
  • Understanding and documenting MarTech’s solutions and capabilities in stakeholder sessions
What do you need to succeedMust-have:
  • 2+ years of experience as a BA/BSA
  • Experience in creating clear, concise documentation and presentation material for a variety of audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Proven ability to gather Business and Systems requirements independently, having strong business analysis and systems analysis skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Requirements methodology (planning, elicitation, documentation)
  • Experience in Requirements analysis and quality documentation: Use Cases, Data Requirements, Business Rules Analysis, Non Functional Requirements, User Stories, Story Decomposition, and Story Mapping, Wireframes, Acceptance and Evaluation Criteria Definition
  • Excellent collaboration skills and attention to detail. Experience working on large projects.
  • Excellent communication skills required; will be working with business stakeholders and IT stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline (minimum)
  • Strong team player with track record of collaboration and experience working as part of an agile team
  • Strong Written and Oral Communications skills
  • Experience and Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage
Nice to Have:
  • 2+ years in digital marketing, campaign management, account management, project management or comparable experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in delivering Marketing Automation projects (email marketing, SMS/Push messaging, programmatic marketing, digital advertising, digital marketing)
  • 1+ years’ advanced experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or other enterprise-level Marketing Automation platform.
  • Awareness of SQL and design skills with experience in web programming (e.g. HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript) across multiple platforms (e.g. Windows, OSX, Unix)
  • Experience on Salesforce technologies (Sales cloud, Marketing cloud) will be an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience with other Cloud products is an asset.
  • Experience in software development lifecycle and Agile is an asset
