Together we deliver exceptional experiences to our over 2 million daily customers.Do you love a good challenge Do your friends know you as the think-outside-the-box, get-results, and-have-fun-doing-it person Do you have an analytical skill set and an understanding of human-centered design that allows you to solve business problemsThe Finance Change Management and Operations team is seeking an exceptional Business Analyst with a passion for helping others, the grit to solve problems, a growth mindset to learn, and a desire to move the organization forward.Position SummaryYou will report to the Manager of Finance Change Management and Operations and your primary responsibilities will include:1) Execution of change management activities related to global finance initiatives2) Support Finance Operations – a function that is focused on the development of the Global Finance and Strategy (GF&S) team’s people and culture3) Drive professional development and learning opportunities for the GF&S team through our digital learning academy called Oxford Finance Academy (OFA)4) Support a variety of other initiatives to build out the GF&S team’s future based capabilities.As a member of this team, you will:Deliver corporate culture programs and change management activitiesConduct needs assessments and bring stakeholders together to design and develop programming for our learning and development platform, Oxford Finance AcademyFacilitate in-class and virtual training sessions with Subject Matter ExpertsSupport finance transformation projects and change initiativesDesign, develop and deliver presentations and other communications for both screen and print as well as branding that is relevant to our GF&S groupDesign, prepare, and execute logistics for group working sessions, presentations, and GF&S townhallsCollaborate with team members, business owners/champions and IT technical teams across the enterpriseAdminister, organize and manage content for intranet websitesTo succeed in this role, you:Must have:Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or CommunicationsStrong finance and business acumen3+years in finance, project/change management, entrepreneurial environment, or other comparative experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and PowerPointPassion for creative, engaging and thoughtful storytelling and experiencesNatural curiosity and interest in technology trends and innovation in the workplaceEagerness to learn different skills, try new things, and support the team in new and exciting waysHigh attention to detail from design work to communication and digital file organizationExceptional problem-solver, initiative taker, eager to break new groundAbility to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writingInterpersonal agility, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholdersProven ability to multi-task, prioritize, re-prioritize, and think quickly on your feetAn interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools, and an innate desire to learn, grow and developAn asset to have:Ability to solve user-centered challengesDemonstrated eye for design and aestheticsUnderstanding of change management methodologies and agile techniques and frameworksExperience working in the commercial real estate industryKnowledge of SharePoint and experience working with a learning management systemOur story:Oxford Properties Group (“Oxford”) is a leading global real estate investor, asset manager and business builder.
