Business Analyst On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Business Analyst. Business Analyst â€“ Job Description

Evaluate, analyze, streamline requirements for complex initiatives with an understanding of business needs
Working closely with Product Owner / Stakeholders / Project team to shape and craft business solutions to meet project goals
Monitor business as usual activity to take real-world pulse of what could impact the business and the project/initiatives on hand
Connecting with Stakeholders, productamp; process managers during standups
Analyzing processes and procedures, documenting gaps, identifying opportunities
Creating and developing process maps and user-guides
Connecting with core team to share requirements / discuss ideas
Test Case Development and UAT performance (where needed)
Working closely with testing and client experience teams to develop test cases to validate requirements

Business Analyst â€“ Mandatory Skills

Maturity in Business Analysis skills and experience in complex projects
Experience in data type projects
Microsoft Office/Excel (pivot tables)
Business analysis/complex process-related problem-solving experience
Some data science experience (collection, data organization, manipulation, excel pivot/visual basic a major plus)
Research/investigate existing systems/processes
Strong writing skills to author end to end Process flows, procedures, policies, user-guides
Collecting and leveraging data
5+ years of experience working with IT team and Business
Business acumen
Able to deal with ambiguity
Analytical thinker, detailed oriented with good problem-solving skills
Results oriented
Strong writing skills
Storytelling/Presentation Skills
Organized with strong time management skills
Ability to work independently
Team player, cooperative with good interpersonal skills
