Business ConsultantWhat we are looking for:Valtech is growing – both organically and through acquisition. The success of an acquisition is determined by our ability to welcome new teams and make them productive within an integrated environment quickly and efficiently. This both creates a positive first impression for new team members and accelerates the team towards delivering growth and synergies to create value.He/She/They will support our core business processes we use Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle NetSuite OpenAir, and Salesforce CRM in a tightly integrated environment.He/She/They will support the migration of new acquisitions quickly and smoothly into our system and process environment.At Valtech we have embraced hybrid working and this role is no exception. However, in order to best support our leaders and our teams through change, this role will require regular travel to our offices in North America. • Provide a gap analysis between the acquisition’s business processes and business systems and the Valtech way
• Create and own the project plan to migrate the processes and business systems of the acquisition to the Valtech way
• Manage the data migration process
• Lead the Acquisition team through a User Acceptance (UAT) process
• Provide training on Valtech processes and business systems
• Manage the live cutover to Valtech processes and business systems
• Document change requests to the business tools for the internal product owner to progress as appropriate
• Document change requests to a business process for the process owner to progress as appropriate
• Monitor progress and keep stakeholders updated
• Communicate new acquisition status and related processes with existing Valtech Business Units

What you should have:

• Experienced in implementing business system tools, ideally time entry, project tracking, and/or financial tools
• Project delivery experience in an enterprise environment
• Documenting process and business tools
• Creating and delivering training
• Change management experience
• Ideally, experience in post-merger acquisition
• Be comfortable working independently, and able to manage your own time effectively
• Enjoy working in a small team, reaching out for help as and when required
• Have strong written and oral communication skills
• Have a customer service mindset with strong interpersonal skills to develop a rapport and credibility with users with a variety of roles and seniority
• Be confident communicating with system superusers throughout the business, particularly finance users
• Have good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Enjoy testing and documenting results
• Be keen to learn new systems and be able to pick up new concepts quickly
