This role requires advanced experience in Business Analysis coupled with strong logic, strategy, formulation and implementation to enable project delivery in TELUS Partner Solutions. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) from widespread cross-functional teams across TELUS.Our goal is to deliver current and next-generation solutions that help to differentiate TELUS from our competition while ensuring excellent customer experience. Help us to shape our future as we evolve to data and cloud-based services, whilst driving efficiencies and effectiveness.What you’ll do:You’re a seasoned transformational change agent with broad exposure to the telecom business and to software platform development. You will be a key contributor to the holistic strategic blueprints to fulfill our market strategy and customer experience vision while incorporating operating and business strategy. You excel in engaging team members, customers, industry groups, and our executive team. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, implement process improvements, and execute our competitive strategy to deliver differentiated customer solutions and an exemplary customer experience is critical to our go-to-market success.

• Champion strategic transformation projects including customer experience and process re-engineering
• Work with our cross-functional support teams, to evolve our Digital Transformation roadmap in support of faster time-to-market, lower development costs and an exceptional customer experience
• Recognized as an expert in their field, provides expert-level methodology guidance and direction to business analysts, stakeholders and project team
• Examine and diagram business processes and evaluate, model, and re-engineer processes
• Lead and facilitate effective process design or redesign solutioning sessions with broad stakeholder groups keeping them engaged throughout each projects design and roll out, develop detailed process maps in support of the recommended strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, prioritize and deliver solutions from concept to launch
• Manage process development through project lifecycle, provide implementation support to cross-functional teams, and liaise with readiness teams to ensure readiness is complete across all TELUS business stakeholder groups
• Ability to understand corporate business strategies and goals, and apply this understanding to make B2P systems/technology development decisions
• Manage the risks, issues and actions for account(s) and track them to meet expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves
• Communicate and present roadmaps and digitization strategy with key stakeholders
• Manage multiple, time-sensitive projects simultaneously

• You have a natural ability to form strong working relationships, mentor others and transform the complicated into simple
• Self-starter, a compelling communicator with demonstrated facilitation abilities and a high degree of comfort and confidence working across levels within the team
• You can balance strategic thinking with tactical action to drive results; able to move seamlessly from strategy to tactics and from working with senior leaders to single contributors and stakeholders
• You have strong business acumen with the critical ability to articulate and manage at the conceptual level, as well as dive deep into solution details when required
• You have a natural curiosity and enthusiasm to learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space
• You are composed and poised in complex, ambiguous situations
• You are a team player that has a passion for excellence, strong work ethic, creative, entrepreneurial, and willing to experiment

Great-to-haves:

• 8+ years business background in a technology industry with relevant experience
• Knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking using optical and switched Ethernet technologies such as CES
• Experience with agile methodology and team-based software development workflows (e.g. JIRA)
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Lean Six Sigma (LSS) certification, project management courses, and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
• Knowledge of Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF) and/or TMF (tmforum.org) standards and service guidelines
• Knowledge of TELUS cross-functional operations and/or industry network an asset
