Our goal is to create a career path that matters to you.The GrindAs a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for supporting strategic sales initiatives to build opportunities to new and existing channels. You will play a key role in managing business development activities for the Microsoft division, an emerging source of revenue for Appficiency. Professionals in this role will be challenged to develop your knowledge of sales and strategy to grow our client base and progress in your career.Beyond typical BDR activities, you will also have the opportunity to manage and grow Kwiz’s SMB accounts. This provides the opportunity to develop skills both in new logo and back to base sales and opens the door for various career paths within the organization.The TalentWe are looking for a highly motivated self-starter interested in pursuing a sales career in a fast paced environment. Previous experience is an asset but not mandatory – a passion for winning and a willingness to work hard and learn are the most important skills to succeed in this role. A successful candidate will also possess strong communication skills with the ability to engage in strategic business and technical conversations with key stakeholders at all levels.   • Manage and follow through leads from your own prospecting efforts, leveraging existing and new sales contacts, as well as existing accounts and partners
  • Be the first point of contact for new logo leads and qualify them before passing on to Account Manager
  • Manage renewal process while uncovering and closing upsell opportunities for Kwiz’s SMB accounts
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales funnel within the CRM system.
