As a Business Development Representative you will act as part of a North American Sales Team supporting our Account Executives by prospecting and qualifying new business within defined verticals.In this role you will…

  • Support our Account Executives by hunting and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound phone calls, emails, social media networks and events.
  • Educate and qualify inbound requests via phone, email, and social media.
  • Identify key markets to target with a growing/proven presence in e-commerce.
  • Ensuring the Hubspot CRM is up to date with data collection, maintenance of sales records and recording information on new and existing opportunities.
  • Educate potential customers on how Shipfusion can be their advisor in inventory and fulfillment management.
What You’ll Bring to the Team (Required Skills):
  • Demonstrated interest in Entrepreneurship, Sales, and Technology.
  • 6 months - 1 year experience in customer service/sales environment.
  • Proven prospecting experience in a B2B context.
  • Confident in speaking with C-level Executives, Operations Leaders and extracting information and requirements to build a solid value proposition.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, tech, startup culture.
  • Existing knowledge of E-Commerce, Logistics and Inventory management/fulfillment is a plus.
