Job Description

The Toronto Office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP seeks a highly-motivated associate to join our Financial Services Group, which is a specialty practice area within our National Business Law Group.The ideal candidate will be qualified to practice law in Ontario and have the following credentials:

  • Between 2-4 years of post-call financial services experience including acquisition financings, corporate lending transactions, project financings and other debt financing transactions;
  • Excellent academic and professional credentials;
  • Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills; and
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service excellence.
