Proactively assists with improvement of existing processes and assessment/analysis of new products/services/processes to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of Payments Centre business operations and mitigation of risk.What will you doSupport ongoing initiatives and projectsParticipate in process improvement and drive/implement, while maximizing productivity and resources.Deliver a superior level of service and support to a global client base (Financial Institutions and Corporates) by consistently meeting or exceeding Service Delivery StandardsCarry out all critical responsibilities related to various activities detailed in Database Management & Control (DMC) procedures and operational manuals and assist in maintenance of RBC Telegraphic Test Keys, operational manuals, forms, system data dictionaryResponsible for audit and verification of daily updates using specialized OnDemand and other reportsAssure fulfillment of Internal Audit, Folio and DMC processes requirementsProvide expertise towards relevant client & system setup of BESS, RMA, OARS, iTRACS, RightFax, RBC ExpressParticipate in Industry Testing, Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) activities, system enhancements, configuration requirements assessment when required.Proactive mitigation of operational/transactional risk.
