We manage the global operation with headquarters in Toronto and offices in New York, Montreal, and Paris.About the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) position for the B2B USA & Canada MarketWe are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to act as the liaison between our Clients Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities in the United States by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from email campaigns and follow-up calls to deliver quantifiable results. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with prospects, from the first contact until you set up a meeting for our clients.If you are motivated and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment, wed like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.Inside Sales Representative Mandate

  • Supported by the Operational Support team, your focus is to generate appointments for Purple Sales Tech Clients
  • Leveraging Purple Sales multichannel outbound methodology (call, follow up email, prospecting video, and LinkedIn)
  • Pitching and qualifying the most promising outbound leads and reaching out to the ideal prospects on behalf of our clients
  • Creating and managing deals through their sales cycle to the close
  • Make sure to leverage the tools available to get accurate records of your activities and related reporting
  • Constantly learning Purple Sales tech stack to master your role and grow with us
What matters to us
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in account management or sales role, preferably in SaaS
  • You are team-oriented and ambitious
  • You pay attention to details
  • You want to provide an unforgettable sales experience to your customers
  • You speak and write excellent English; French or Spanish is definitely a plus
  • Excellent Omni-channel communication skills
  • Strong ability to convince mainly executive and C-Level over the phone
