Job Description

As a Campaign Specialist, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new 200-275 clients to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns to significantly impact their business. It is a target-driven environment, where you will work towards individual targets as well as be part of a larger onboarding team.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard and develop PPC(pay-per-click) Campaign.
  • Detect and understand the customer’s needs and objectives
  • Be responsible for increasing spend, upselling, and sustainability
  • Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent (MA/MSc degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications can be a plus)
  • 1-2 years minimum of work experience in target-driven sales and digital marketing
  • High volume of Outbound calling experience minimum 1 year
  • Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, task points, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Client-focused, keen interest in customer interaction & ownership of business goals
  • A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
SCHEDULE: Full-time position ( Monday to Friday) 9 AM to 6 PM ESTPAY: $40,000 per year (+ earning 30% BONUS on yearly pay for ROCKSTAR candidate)BENEFITS: Medical, Dental and other benefit plansTRAINING:
  • 4-5 weeks of intense PAID introduction training on products and specific sales training
  • Temporary work from home ( might be till the training period)
OFFICE LOCATION- 75 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto ON, M4P 3A4PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • At least one year of professional/internship experience with GoogleAds
  • Bachelors Degree In A Related Major (Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Etc.)
  • Google Certification(s)
  • Related Internships (Sales, Digital Marketing, Etc.)
