The Campus Program Manager will play a key role in developing, delivering and partnering with internal and external stakeholder to continue drive our student and new grad programs. The Campus Program Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Strategy & Programs.What you will do:

  • Establish and build relationships with internal business partners, developing long-term partnerships
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders nationally in order to execute on program deliverables
  • Maintain relationships with target schools, students and faculty
  • Maintain an on-campus and remote presence promoting Rogers employment brand
  • Participate in building and executing a robust program curriculum addressing business needs and leadership development skills (Co-op, Internship, New Grad Leadership Development program)
  • Plan, execute, and participate in all of the on-campus and in-house activities for schools including company presentations, hackathons, information sessions, office visits, networking events, and career fairs
  • Generate relevant reports using our applicant tracking system, and MS Excel
  • Maintain close relationship with campus program participants via regular touch points
  • Conduct research and stay current on industry best practices around Campus
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed
What you bring to the role:
  • Post-secondary education in a human resources related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR programs, campus experience an asset
  • A mindset of creativity, innovation, and energetic drive to succeed
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, with superior organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent skills in preparing presentation decks
  • Highly motivated with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a deadline driven environment
