  • Learn and maintain knowledge of our menu to effectively understand and communicate all ingredients to guests
  • Maintain cleanliness of front line, lobby, and other areas and restock when it is needed
  • Ensure food & beverages are meeting quality control standards
  • Operate POS register to complete customer transactions safely
  • Provide customers with fast, friendly, and personalized services
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of online ordering (Uber, Skip, DoorDash)
  • Adhere to all restaurant operation policies and procedures
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environments
  • Prepare various teas, beverages, and toppings daily
  • Responsible for completing daily cleaning tasks
Qualifications:
  • Food, Restaurant, and/or Customer Service experience is an asset
  • Team player with a positive can-do attitude
  • A quick and adaptable learner with attention to details
  • Excellent and collaborative communication skills
  • Ability to execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A knack for delivering customer service and a desire to make connections with guests
  • Accountability and work ethic
  • Must be available at least 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday)
