  • Team Member: Determine your suitability for permanent employment with us, learning the essential duties of your role.
  • Task Leader: Provide operational support to the Supervisors learning greater autonomy, mastering complex skills and equipment operations.
  • Trainer: Promote and protect Chick-fil-A standards through teaching and training others in proper recipes and service.
  • Restaurant Ambassador: Represent and share our brand essence as one of our Ambassadors, visiting Chick-fil-A all over Canada to help Grand Open new restaurants!

  • Fillet, bread, and cook raw chicken.

  • Maintain an exceptionally clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
  • Work with a sense of urgency and gracious hospitality in all positions.
