By maintaining the tradition of security and strength of our parent banks, today we are Canadas #1 payment processor, and one of North Americas largest.Reporting to the Manager, Client Consultants, you mandate is to maintain the relationship with clients to provide sales engineering, integration, and certification support for Moneris clients, including project management of integration projects.What youll do

• Responsible for designing and delivering high-quality client solutions throughout the complete client life cycle
• Support integration activities managing through to deployment independently or in-collaboration with technical integration SMEs.
• Manages routine and complex integration projects with limited or no support, escalating to senior resources or manager only when needed.
• Work with business groups, project teams and available data to fully understand and document business challenges and desired business outcomes
• Solve complex integration problems through investigation with solution developer, certification team & technology partners or other methods as required.
• Execute a variety of documented and ad-hoc solution options independently. For more complex application issues, supports in identifying problems and actively assists in resolution
• Collaborate with SME resources as well as other product and business groups to define, document, and implement complex client integration solutions
• Provides detailed pre-sales and post-integration consultation and API integration support to ISVs, merchants and/or their contracted solution providers and developers.
• Manages multiple client integration projects independently, acting as a SME in sales engineering, integration, and certification support for clients

What you bring (Must-have...)

• Bachelors degree required; or equivalent work experience
• More than 3 years of proven experience working in in IT/ project management on large scale enterprise initiatives ie government; banks; etc.
• PMP designation may be considered an asset
• Experience and knowledge with EMV a strong asset
• Previous experience in the payment industry a strong asset
• Bilingual to French a strong plus
