Job Description

Job Title:Clinical Report Reviewer Location:Remote and In-Person (within Canada) Contract Term: Ongoing About the RoleNeobridge Healthcare is building a roster of Clinical Reviewers to support evidence-based evaluations of health technologies including drugs, devices, diagnostic tools, clinical interventions, and models of care. These analyses inform critical decisions regarding funding, adoption, disinvestment, or system preparedness across Canadas healthcare system.Clinical reviewers will lead project execution from planning through to analysis and report writing using provided templates and methodology standards. This work is conducted with guidance and oversight from internal teams and is tailored to meet the needs of provincial, federal, or territorial health decision-makers. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and carry out systematic or rapid reviews, environmental scans, consultations, and surveys.
  • Analyze clinical data and evidence using narrative synthesis, meta-analysis, and quantitative methods.
  • Critically appraise the quality and relevance of clinical evidence.
  • Produce structured, decision-supporting reports using standardized templates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work within project timelines.
  • Apply principles of evidence-based medicine and health technology assessment to inform recommendations.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in conducting health technology assessments, systematic/rapid reviews, or similar evaluations.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills including synthesis, statistical interpretation, and meta-analysis.
  • Experience with clinical evidence appraisal and evaluation of study design rigor.
  • Deep understanding of evidence-based medicine principles and healthcare research methods.
  • Demonstrated excellence in scientific or technical writing.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Assets
  • Familiarity with health economics principles and types of economic evaluations.
  • Experience evaluating qualitative research in health settings.
  • Proficiency in meta-analysis/statistical software (e.g., Review Manager, R, SAS).
  • Working knowledge of Canadas healthcare system and its policy decision-making structures.
