For more information, visit us at www.soprasteria.comAre you ready to take on the challenge with usAs we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Expert to join Sopra Steria #39;s Cybersecurity division (I2S), in our downtown Toronto office located in Financial District, reporting to the Senior Cloud Security Architect. This position is critical in ensuring the security of cloud-based infrastructure and data for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to assess their cloud security needs, design and implement robust security measures, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Sopra Steria Infrastructureamp; Security Services (I2S) is a subsidiary of Sopra Steria dedicated to infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity activities. It plays a key role in Sopra Steria #39;s end-to-end services. With 3,000 employees, Sopra Steria I2S stands out for the flexibility of its delivery model, combining client proximity from our 8 agencies with the advanced industrial capabilities of our offshore service centers.Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive security assessments of cloud environments to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and compliance gaps
• Provide actionable recommendations to address security issues
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement cloud security strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Design and implement security architecture for cloud environments, considering aspects such as identity and access management (IAM), data encryption, network security, and security policies
• Ensure that cloud environments adhere to relevant industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)
• Develop and maintain incident response plans specific to cloud environments - assist in responding to and mitigating security incidents and breaches
• Implement security tools and solutions to monitor and protect cloud infrastructure, including intrusion detection systems, security information and event management (SIEM), and other relevant technologies
• Educate clients and internal teams on best practices for cloud security and conduct training sessions as needed
• Work closely with other cybersecurity experts and IT professionals to ensure that cloud security measures are integrated into the broader security framework

Requirements

• Bachelor #39;s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven 5+ experience as a Cloud Security Consultant or a similar role, with expertise in cloud security best practices
• Certification in cloud security (e.g., Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), AWS Certified Security or Microsoft Azure) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security technologies
• Familiarity with security regulations and compliance standards
• Organized with a proven ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and utilize time effectively in a challenging environment to drumbeat the activity
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
• Previous work in a multicultural environment
• English required / French is a plus
