Learn more at EdenParkCanada.com.The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading a team as well as representing Eden Park Inc. in developing excellent customer relationships with all new and existing clientele through regular meetings and discussions with the team of the region or directly with our valued dealer partners. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Director of Business Development - as well as collaborate with their peers (other Senior Managers), and/or other departments as required.A regular day for you will include:

  • Provide excellent service while ensuring exceptional results in the collection of financial loans.
  • Contact past due customers through the appropriate channeling methods, request and negotiate payment arrangements within authorized limits, and send correspondence to collection customers.
  • Use company specific policies and procedures to maintain and coordinate firm payment recovery.
  • Assess and mitigate risk by referring accounts for further action.
  • Document all call activity details in the Collections system to reflect any action taken, e.g., commitments to pay and/or amounts and dates agreed upon.
  • Achieve individual collection targets to meet Department and Company-wide goals.
  • Complete other collection responsibilities, as assigned.
Must haves!
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • You have amazing conflict resolution skills and ability to make decisions independently.
  • You remain calm while solving issues and have the patience to deescalate difficult situations.
  • You are tech savvy and know your way through Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • You are experienced with skip tracing and familiar with using 411, social media, and the ability to understand credit bureaus.
  • You can collaborate well with various teams and departments.
  • Clear criminal reference check.
Extra- awesome to have!
  • At least 1+ years of prior experience in at least one of the following core areas: call centre, customer service, collections and/or consumer loan industry
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration
  • You reside in Quebec.
Working condition:
  • You have flexible availability to work. Working hours can range anywhere between 9 AM to 9 PM EST Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday shifts; schedules are completed a month in advance and shifts are rotating.: 8:30am-5:00pm, 9:30am-6:00pm, 12:30-9:00pm, and two Saturdays a month.
