  • You will develop and execute theoretical and practical (on-the-job and off-the-job) trainings for RBH front liners to continuously improve individual performance
  • You will prepare and propose the strategies, plans and methodologies for functional training programs in accordance with emerging needs, changing trends, methods, and technologies
  • You will conduct all trainings within the predetermined strategy, policies, and standards of quality, at a given budget
  • You will create post training monitoring and evaluation to measure all training activities, with the intention of capturing the following & proposing improvement strategies

  • You will be responsible front end and back end of the commercial learning LMS
  • Assist COD Lead to engage with key stakeholders and end users to coordinate and deploy learning initiatives across Canada.
What you bring
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Coaching, Corporate Training
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • You are an experienced sales or learning & development professional who has been working in sales development and capability building teams with knowledge and experience in training building, delivery and measurement
  • Experience in onboarding, training content development and delivery, or sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and effectively prioritize multiple projects at a given time
  • Experience in CPG or international companies is an asset
  • Strong executive presence, ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers/stakeholders
  • Bilingualism and experience with E-learning systems is an asset
