Job Description

We are a highly productive boutique commercial real estate brokerage seeking motivated real estate agents to join our winning team. Position is commission based. Learn the business with an experienced broker who has more than 30 years of experience and exceptional results. You will gain successful sales experience in a structured sales environment. You will achieve excellence in all sales cycle steps (identifying, telemarketing for appointments, presenting, follow-up and negotiating).Highly successful real estate sales representatives are analytical overachievers with a strong orientation to customer service and quality, coupled with the ability to focus on client needs and understand their decision-making criteria.Qualities:

Your duties will include: (but not be limited to)
  • Servicing multiple clients on an ongoing basis
  • Cold calling, networking, generating mandates
  • Marketing of properties
  • Due diligence
  • Creating proposals
  • Gathering market research, financial analysis, planning information
  • Writing industry newsletters
  • Negotiating offers
Must have:
  • Valid RECO license in good standing
  • RECO Insurance up to date
  • Your own vehicle
  • Your own computer/laptop
Preference given to:
  • College or University Degree
  • Professional designation
  • Industry experience
