Under the Shared Services Team, our objective is to provide industry leading Compensation Management Solutions. In this role you will have the opportunity to manage incentive forecast and spend, perform data analysis on trends/seasonality, identify process improvement opportunities to drive business results.This is an excellent opportunity for a business-minded individual, capable and comfortable with disputing the status quo, while leading a team in a collaborative environment with different business units and levels.Job Duties/AccountabilitiesProduce internal and external weekly/monthly agent and TL performance reports with detail analysis by segment and siteOversee and deliver monthly compensation payout filesCommunicate effectively with all client operations teams to properly evaluate agent performance and support all updates in compensation strategyCollaborate with Operations team to configure ranking and pay grade structure, verify & update current month compensation payout and upcoming month performance targetsPrimary point of contact for any compensation/incentives and bonus payout related inquires/requestsIdentify business opportunities, drive changes and efficiencySupport Senior Manager with adhoc reporting and analysis as requiredCritical Competencies/QualificationsExperience in Performance & Compensation Management, Payroll or related fieldHighly organized, self-governing, and ability to handle multiple requests in order of priorityMust have the ability to lead a team under pressure and respect deadlinesProvide necessary support and track team member’s progress, while controlling timelineExcellent communication, both written and verbal (ability to effectively communicate and present to people at all levels)Advanced knowledge inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.), SQL and/or other programming languagesStrong Mathematical and analytical capabilityAction-oriented and demonstrated ability to deliver resultsEducation and Preferred ExperienceBachelors Degree or Master’s in a discipline such as: Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a quantitative disciplinePrevious experience in Telecom industry is an assetProfessional designation (i.e. CA, CPA, CMA, CFA) is an assetKnowledge of SAP and Business Warehouse is an assetExperience in developing fully automated reports#LI-PA1Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.Additional Information:Position Type: ManagementJob Status: Regular - Full TimeJob Location: Toronto || Canada : Nova Scotia : Halifax || Canada : Ontario : Don Mills || Canada : Ontario : Toronto || Canada : Quebec : MontrealApplication Deadline: 06/06/2021Please apply directly online to be considered for this role.
